By accessing DigiStrobe (digistrobe.com), commissioning creative services, or settling project invoices through our portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
DigiStrobe provides creative digital advertising, brand identity, multimedia video direction, graphic design, and custom web development. All projects are governed by detailed milestone deliverables outlined in official studio quotations or client onboarding briefs.
2. Project Timelines & Deliverables
Estimated delivery schedules commence upon receipt of the agreed initial retainer and required client assets. Any delays caused by external factors or revisions will result in commensurate timeline adjustments.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon complete settlement of all project fees, all final approved creative assets (videos, graphics, source codes) are fully transferred to the client for commercial use.

1. Information We Collect
- Contact Information: Name, business email, phone and WhatsApp numbers provided during onboarding.
- Transaction Data: Transaction references, amounts, and settlement dates. We never store credit/debit card numbers; card processing is handled via bank-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways.
2. Data Security
Your data is protected via 256-bit TLS encryption and is strictly never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation & Retainers
- Pre-Production Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before creative production or development commences, a full refund less gateway fees (maximum 5%) will be issued within 7 business days.
- Work in Progress: Once creative concepts, video filming, or web architecture has commenced and been approved, retainers are non-refundable to cover expended studio labor.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee & Revisions
All projects include specified revision rounds outlined in the studio invoice to ensure outstanding quality and client satisfaction.
